Search rankings, ad performance and lead volume depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and advertising platform changes, competition and your market. We commit to the work and the reporting, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

Client responsibilities

You agree to give us timely access, accurate information and approvals, and you confirm you have the right to use any material you give us.

Payment

Fees, billing dates and payment methods are set out in your agreement. Third-party costs such as advertising spend are paid by you directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Innovize Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
